About us
Afternoon Studio is a freelance design studio, collective, and publisher based in NORTH AMERICA. We specialize in editorial and branding design. The studio was founded in 2023 by Jimmy Weeks, Matthew Valenzuela, Stella Singer, and Paden Spencer.
JIMMY
I'm taller than you would think I am, a big Philadelphia sports fan, and most (including me) would say that I'm kinda the glue of this whole group.
MATT
I like surfing, love a good underdog story, and tell people I cook way more than I actually do. I wrote all the teams descriptions without their explicit permission.
STELLA
I am a graphic design nepo baby, worked at an ice cream shop for entirely too long, and every dessert I ever make somehow turns into a pie.
PADEN
I run pretty much every morning, make sweet potatoes in bulk, eat way too much ice cream, and wear glasses that disguise my true superhuman identity.
